About Me

Liquorice Torpedoes
This is a blog about my intuitive eating journey inspired by Beyond Chocolate by Sophie & Audrey Boss and www.normaleating.com I've called it Liquorice Torpedoes because they're my absolute favourite food, even more so than chocolate, ice cream, seafood or roast potatoes. I've recently had a baby, born 12.12.07 and she's wonderful but taking up a lot of my life at the moment! So this is also the blog of a new mum.
